Deposit requirements

Unless stated otherwise, bookings made through www.canaima-hotels.com/ are on a demand basis. Once your request has been made the local partner, Viajes Valencia Los Roques, will check availability and will then inform you of the status of your booking request. Travellers will then have 48 hours to secure the booking with their credit card details.

Please note that the booking condition may vary greatly depending on the choice of accommodation and transport, please verify with the local connection.

In general, clients will be required to pay between 50% and 70% at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be paid to the local partner within a week of the travel date. The price of travel in Venezuela can fluctuate and once the local partner has confirmed the most up to date costs, 100% of the travel will be payable prior to the client’s travel.

Failure to pay 100% of the outstanding balance prior to the reservation date will be considered notification of cancellation by default and is subject to the cancellation policy

Booking Cancellations

Confirmed bookings may be cancelled by the traveller but the stipulated cancellation policy for that booking item will apply. A booking will only be considered cancelled upon written acknowledgement from the local operator. Should the policy be unclear, please contact the operator before securing your booking.

Payment

Customers can purchase their booking with one of the three following payment options:

  1. This site processes credit card payments inhouse. Should you have any concerns about unauthorised payments, please feel free to contact the local operator or the South American regional whl.travel office in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
  2. Clients can use paypal to process credit card transactions. You can read more about it here. When paying via paypal, you may be required to set up a paypal account. This is free of charge. The information that you enter into the paypal system is used only for verification purposes and will not be distributed.
  3. Clients can confirm their reservation with a bank transfer through a Venezuelan bank account in Curazao or our international account in Miami, USA. Please contact your local connection for more information.
