Campamento Tapuy Lodge |
![]() |
Address: Canaima, Canaima
Tapuy Lodge was built in 2006, 50 meters from Canaima Lagoon. Tapuy means "large palm roof" in Pemón dialect, due to the ingredients the Indians used to mix to make them called "Adove", which is the mix of mud/clay and straw that was used in old houses' walls. It is an ideal starting point for trips around Canaima National Park such as Angel Falls and the waterfalls of "Sapo" or "Salto Yuri".
